Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature and health and safety concerns of our products, we are unable to accept returns for some items unless they are found defective. All defective product returns must be pre-approved before shipping and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be obtained within 10 business days from the date of the invoice by submitting the RMA Form to us. All returns without RMA number will be returned at customer expense or discarded at no credit. We encourage you to read our Return Policy to find out if your purchase meets our return or exchange qualifications. Please order carefully. All sales are final.
DVDs
Considering the piracy in the adult industry, all DVD videos are NOT exchangeable unless the disk that you purchase from us is defective. If you decide that your DVD purchase was made by mistake, you may return it to us within 14 days from the invoice purchase date for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. All returned DVDs must be in the original package with all inserts inside, and the seal is intact. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned DVDs that do not meet all these requirements will be returned at customer expense or discarded at no credit. Defective DVD video may be exchanged for the identical title if the disk is still in the original package with all inserts inside.
Defective DVDs must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. After receiving your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, defective DVDs should be returned back to us within 14 days from the invoice purchase date for exchange for an identical DVD. Allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement items. It will be absolutely no exchanges on DVDs that are scratched from mishandling. Please note that DVD running times are not 100% accurate. We try to provide DVD running times as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee their accuracy. Any DVD running time discrepancy is not considered a defect or a reason for a return.
Novelties and Erotic Sex Toys
Because of the personal safety and health concerns, we are unable to accept any return of opened novelty items. There are no exceptions. Many erotic sex toys manufacturers offer product warranties if you register your product with them. We always encourage you to register your product to make sure that it will be covered by manufacturer warranty in case of product failure. A defective product may be exchanged for the identical product only; simply return the defective product following the return instructions below, and we will send you an identical replacement. All products that are returned for exchange must be in their original packaging with all inserts inside, including the manufacturer warranty. Returned Novelties and Erotic Sex Toys that do not meet all these requirements will be returned at customer expense or discarded at no credit.
Liquids and Lubes
Due to health and safety concerns, any item that has been opened cannot be returned or exchanged, including fragrances. There are no exceptions. Liquids and lubes may be returned for refund within 14 days from the invoice purchase date if the original packaging and seal are still intact, minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Order Cancelation
Once your order is submitted, we will be unable to cancel. Your credit card will be charged immediately after your order is received and sent for shipping. But you may be able to cancel your order if it’s still in Processing Mode. Try to cancel your order by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your recent orders in your account dashboard. Then click the link next to an order that says “Cancel/View Order” and then click the “Cancel” button next to Order Information. If the “Cancel” option is not available, then it is too late to cancel. However, you can try to return your order in accordance with the Return Policy. Please order carefully.
Return Instructions
Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It's important to note that these instructions must be followed in order for us to properly process your return.
1. Before returning any product, you must first obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). An RMA number must be obtained within 10 business days from the date of the invoice by submitting the RMA Form to us. Please note that the RMA number should be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. A copy of the original invoice should be enclosed with your return. Any packages that shipped without an RMA number will be returned at customer expense or discarded at no credit.
2. Customers are responsible for shipment of the product back to us. You may choose any parcel carrier of your choice, but all returns must be shipped prepaid (no COD’s will be accepted) and insured to:

3. Your account will be credited back in the amount of the purchase once the product has been received and approved for credit. Please allow 4-5 days for processing your return for credit. Return products must be received within 10 days of RMA authorization.
Please Note: Shipping charges for any returns or exchanges are not refundable, unless the return is the result of our error or you are returning an item that is defective. All products received without prior RMA numbers will not be accepted. If we receive any products that are not eligible for returns, we will return those products to the sender at their expense. No refunds after 14 days. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Damaged or missing boxes must be reported immediately to your carrier. Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. RMA numbers will NOT be extended or reassigned.
