Gift Card Terms & Conditions
General Terms
- The gift card cannot be used to purchase any goods if the receiver lives in a region where shipping is restricted.
- In order to transfer the Gift Card, the original purchaser needs to give the recipient the unique transfer code that is printed on the Gift Card. Following the beneficiary's registration, the Gift Card will be moved and made active.
- The Gift Card's available balance is always available until it is used to make a purchase on Latinxtube.com. There are no further costs involved.
- The Gift Card's available balance is the only amount that can be spent with it. Every purchase of goods or services deducts the amount from the Gift Card's available balance.
- Only those who are 18 years of age or older can purchase and use the Gift Card.
Redemption
- You need to have a LatinXtube account in order to redeem the gift card. To open a LatinXtube account and activate the Gift Card, you might be asked to provide credit card information for security reasons.
- Gift Cards with invalid or unknown numbers cannot be redeemed.
- For security concerns, all gift cards are limited to one-time transfers and are only good for purchases made on Latinxtube.com.
- Please go to My Account to see the balance on your gift card.
Restrictions
- LatinXtube will not be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
- The recipient must have a valid credit card to activate the Gift Card.
- Gift Cards cannot be combined with any sale items or special offers.
- Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
- The Gift Card cannot be used to buy other LatinXtube Gift Cards.
